The results of your research and academic pursuits are either presented as a dissertation or thesis at TUA . Your scholarly publication reflects who you are and the quality of research work you have conducted. It also reflects the academic standard that is upheld by your department and the university (TUA)
At TUA, the term “thesis” refers to the research paper required for a master’s degree and “dissertation” refers to the doctoral degree research paper.
Your thesis or dissertation will be made available to the international academic community and the public through the TUA Libraries. All dissertations also are published by TUA at any given time.
Overview of thesis and dissertation format
Writing your dissertation or thesis, of course, includes settling on a topic and research question, researching your topic, preparing drafts for your advisor and/or committee, rewriting and editing, and preparing your final document for publication.
TUA adopts the APA referencing style for all submissions
